Overview: 

Lighthouse is a three-level training program – bronze, silver, and gold. In the bronze level, the participants will be grounded in foundational principles including the first amendment, microaggressions, bullying, harassment, protected statuses/categories, and bystander intervention. The program will progress in the silver level to discussions of structural oppression (focused on the higher education environment) and trauma-informed disclosures. Finally, in the gold level, individuals will learn about relevant state/federal laws, institutional policy, and reporting options.
