Q. Do I need to register in advance?

A. Yes, you need to register and pay your registration fees in advance. It is important that you register as early as possible to assure a space in the class of your choice. Although you may register for a class up until the day it is held, there are no guarantees that there will be a seat available for you. Classes fill up early, so please watch your calendar and observe our registration hours.

Q. Are classes ever canceled? Will I get a refund?
A. Yes, classes that do not reach their minimum number of participants may be canceled. Also, a class may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that this should happen, all participants will be notified in advance and issued a refund, when applicable, in approximately 15 business days.

Q. What if I can't attend a class or trip for which I am already registered?
A. You may drop a class and request a refund or transfer to a different class provided that our office is notified three business days prior to the first class meeting. All refunds and transfers are charged a $ 10 processing fee. Day Tours may be canceled up to 10 business days prior to departure less a $ 15 processing fee. A refund will be given only if your space can be re-sold. Failure to attend a class does not warrant a refund.  If you are unable to attend a class, you may send a substitute in your place. No refunds will be given once a class has been held - no exceptions. Please allow 15 business days for refund processing.

Q. Where do I park? Do I need to pay for parking?
A. RSCCD requires parking permits for students and the public at the Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College campuses. Daily parking permits are available for $ 2.00 at Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College (Student Lots). Daily permits should be placed face-up on your car dashboard.
