By conducting meaningful research, we ensure that our planning, programs, and services truly reflect the needs of our students and the communities we serve. Our District Research, Planning & Institutional Effectiveness Department supports Santa Ana College, Santiago Canyon College, the District Services & Operations Office, and regional and community constituents. Located within RSCCD’s District Operations Center, we provide research, planning, evaluation, compliance reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development to support student success, institutional effectiveness, and continuous improvement. We are committed to fostering a collaborative partnership to deliver reliable, actionable insights that help our district thrive.
