2026-2027 OPEN ENROLLMENT

RSCCD's Annual Open Erollment is October 19, 2026 – October 30, 2026

Now is the Time to Review Your Benefits!

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefit elections and make changes for the upcoming plan year.

If no changes are made during Open Enrollment, most benefits will automatically continue for the new plan year. Changes made will become effective January 1, 2027.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Dependent Care Accounts Do Not Automatically Renew.  You must re-enroll each year to continue participation.

Important Employee Responsibilities

• Review your benefit options through the American Fidelity Portal
• Make benefit changes through the American Fidelity Portal or by scheduling an appointment with an American Fidelity representative
• Submit all Open Enrollment changes by Friday, October 30, 2026
• Remember: Changes after Open Enrollment are only allowed if you experience a qualifying life event

During Open Enrollment You May:

• Change your Medical, Dental, or Vision plan
• Add or remove eligible dependents
• Review your current benefit elections
• Enroll or re-enroll in eligible benefits

How to Make Changes or Enroll:

• Self-Service Enrollment (Available beginning October 19th)

        Complete your elections through the AF Enroll Self-Service Portal.

• Medical FSA Annual Contribution Limit: $3,400
•  Medical FSA Rollover Amount: $680
• Dependent Care FSA Annual Contribution Limit: $7,500
