Welcome to the Home Based Program!
We want your experience with us to be positive and productive. We believe that parents are their child's first and best teacher. Our program supports the parent/child relationship through respectful partnerships with each family that encourages families to advocate for themselves and their child.
Our program serves expectant mothers and families with infants and toddlers, 0 to 3 years old in their home. A trained Parent Educator/Master Teacher will conduct home visits with families Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm.
Expectant Families receive 60 minute bi-monthly home visits and attend 1 monthly socialization event. Home visits are individualized to meet the needs of the family and usually feature topics such as, fetal development, nutrition, health pregnancies, newborn care, and breastfeeding. Socialization events provide the opportunity to connect with other expectant families.
Families with Infants and Toddlers receive 90 minute weekly home visits and attend 2 monthly socialization events. Home visits feature differentiated planned learning experiences and activities for you and your child. Families also receive community resource information and overview the child's nutrition and health. Socialization events provide families with infants and toddlers to come together and learn in a social setting.
