Guidance
Guidance for Using Artificial Intelligence
Responsible use of AI tools includes complying with applicable district policies, regulations, and legal requirements that protect confidential, personal, and institutional data. It also requires adherence to ethical principles that promote transparency, accountability, equity, and fairness. Faculty, staff, administrators, and students are encouraged to understand both the opportunities and risks associated with AI and to use these technologies in ways that support RSCCD’s mission. By embracing responsible AI practices, the District and its colleges can harness the benefits of innovation while maintaining trust, integrity, and a commitment to the success of all those we serve.
