​​ITS is aware of an issue that's currently affecting access to Canvas. The system is experiencing slowness, errors and periods of unavailability. This issue is caused by a problem within Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is the service used to host Canvas. This issue is affecting multiple customers besides RSCCD. Instructure, the maker of Canvas, is aware of the problem and is working with AWS to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
