Risk Management and Health Benefits
The office of Risk Management provides the district with leadership and direction in the areas of general risk management, property and liability insurance and claims management, loss prevention and control, worker's compensation management, occupational health and safety, laboratory safety and chemical hygiene, ergonomics, hazardous materials/wastes management, and environmental management. Risk Management provides leadership and consultative service to prevent or to minimize loss exposures faced by the district through the identification, evaluation and control of potential risks and hazards which may affect the institutional mission and to assure a safe, healthy environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.  ​​

Our Recruitment department facilitates all new employment and promotions related to faculty, staff, and management with our multi-college district.  We are committed to attracting and retaining a diverse highly skilled and talented workforce to fulfill the District's mission and goals. Civil Rights, Title IX & Inclusion

Civil Rights, Title IX & Inclusion serves as an expert district-wide resource that works with partners across RSCCD and its colleges to cultivate and promote an inclusive and safe learning and working environment. Responsible for the development and administration of comprehensive equity programs, the office manages equal opportunity compliance, including the areas of Civil Rights/Title 5, ADA, and Title IX, and collaboratively facilitates community engagement and education on matters of social diversity, inclusion, and social justice. Title IX & Inclusion also oversees the response to the District’s non-discrimination policies and EEO.
