An individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation in a Rancho Santiago Community College District related program or activity is entitled to have their concerns reviewed by the District in accordance with the applicable policy. Concerns regarding violations of such policies should immediately be reported to District's Title IX Coordinator, Civil Rights Admistirator or ADA Coordinator, who can explain the rights and options an individual has to have their concerns addressed under applicable policy and procedure, including but not limited to the option to file a formal written complaint on the matter.

Rancho Santiago Community College District follows the board policies ("BP") and administrative regulations ("AR") below that prohibit discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, or sexual orientation of any person, or military and veteran status, or because they are perceived to have one or more of the foregoing characteristics and the procedures for investigating reports of such discrimination and harassment.
