Santa Ana College Tendrá Audiciones para TV de Cable el 28 de Agosto

​(Santa Ana) - Las audiciones de la temporada de otoño para los noticieros de televisión por cable de Santa Ana College, Around and About Orange County (AAOC) y Noticiero Latino del Condado de Orange (NLCO), se llevarán a cabo el martes 28 de agosto a las 11:00 a.m. Se busca reporteros de noticias, deportes y entretenimiento. Las audiciones se realizarán en los estudios de SAC-TV ubicados en el Centro de Medios Digitales, 1300 S. Bristol., Salón 103 en Santa Ana el día 28 de agosto.

No se necesita tener experiencia previa para hacer las audiciones para los trabajos detrás de cámara o enfrente de la cámara para los noticieros semanales que se transmiten en Cable de Time Warner a todo el Condado de Orange y por Facebook. Los candidatos necesitan estar disponibles los martes y jueves de 11:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m. a partir del 30 de agosto hasta el 6 de diciembre, cuando se producen los programas.

Se les requiere a todos los miembros del noticiero inscribirse en la clase de SAC ‘Television/Video Communications 130: Principles of Broadcast News’. Estos estudiantes tendrán la opción de continuar con cursos avanzados y de obtener un certificado del programa.

En su año 29, AAOC es el noticiero más antiguo en el Condado de Orange. Más de 400 ex alumnos han encontrado trabajos de tiempo completo en áreas relacionados con los medios de comunicación. Ex alumnos incluyen a Eliana Moreno, que da las noticias desde el helicóptero de KCBS/KCAL/KNBC y a Jeff Laabs, coordinador de los dramas de vida real de la emisora ABC-TV, incluyendo “Extreme Home Makeover” y “Shark Tanks”. Además, Baha Eldon ha conseguido un puesto como reportero con WAGM, afiliada de CBS in Presque Isle, Maine.
