Santa Ana College to Host First Digital Media Art Showcase at Santora Building

Exhibition Showcases SAC Faculty and Students Work from Dec. 3 - Jan. 7

(Santa Ana, CA) - Santa Ana College (SAC) will host its first Digital Media Art Showcase. “Digital Media Arts and Design: SAC Digital Media Faculty” will be held at the SAC Arts Gallery inside the Santora Building, 207 North Broadway, Suite Q, Santa Ana, CA, 92701. The showcase begins with an opening reception on Saturday, December 3 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The exhibit will run from December 3 through January 7. Gallery hours are set for Friday’s 12:00p.m. to 4:00 p.m., First Saturday Monthly Art Walk on January 7 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and by appointment.
The images seen in this gallery exhibit span the categories of fine art, illustration, typography, graphic design, and photo manipulation. According to SAC Assistant Professor of Digital Media Arts and exhibit curator Stephanie Clark, “The exhibit itself illustrates the diverse perspectives found within our evolving and rich program and showcases the diversity with which digital media is being explored today, while highlighting the exquisite work of our student and faculty body.”

The Digital Media Arts and Design Showcase highlights the digital media work of instructors; Clark, Chris Nielson, and Josh Cho. Student work from the SAC Digital Media Arts and Graphic Design programs will also be a part of this inaugural exhibit.
