Tips for Better Printing Results
Check the original document before submitting it through the
WebCRD
or mail to make sure the content is correct.
For hard copy submissions the paper must be clean and unwrinkled.
Reprographic staff can clean up some originals but that can delay production.
Proof copies of submitted work are available upon request. Materials with high visibility to the public should be viewed as a proof prior to running the job. Proofing the job may delay production but eliminate costly errors.
Paper used in copiers must be suited to the machine used. When providing publications with non-standard paper, always purchase paper that lists office machine or laser printer compatibility. Smooth paper will provide good results. Paper with texture, such as linen, will not accept toner properly.
