This project is led entirely by
Liite Consulting Group, an independent, equity centered consulting firm with expertise in climate assessments, organizational healing, and workplace culture. Liite manages the full process , survey design, data collection, focus groups, analysis, and reporting. RSCCD does
not have access to individual survey responses, identifying information, or raw data of any kind.
How Your Privacy Is Protected?
Anonymous survey responses
- The survey does not collect names, employee IDs, email addresses, or any other personal identifiers.

IP addresses are not recorded or shared. RSCCD cannot trace responses back to specific individuals or computers.
- No one at RSCCD, including supervisors, administrators, or HR staff, can view individual survey data.
Confidential focus groups
To protect confidentiality and ensure an open and honest process:
- All focus group sign-ups, participant information, and demographic data will be collected solely by Liite Consulting Group.
- No one from Rancho Santiago Community College District will have access to registration details, attendance lists, or participant identities.
- Participants will only engage in one focus group session
- All feedback will be summarized anonymously in Liite Consulting Group's final report.
- There will be no audio recordings during the focus groups, only typed notes will be taken to capture insights.
- Liite Consulting Group is committed to handling all information and feedback with confidentiality, sensitivity, and respect.

Confidentiality allows employees to speak freely and honestly about their experiences. When you know your responses cannot be traced back to you, your feedback can help guide meaningful, districtwide improvements rooted in belonging, trust, and inclusion.
