With 15 years of experience as an Administrator and Program Director across the education and healthcare sectors, including UCLA for over 10 years, she has guided diverse teams through strategic infrastructure development and leadership practices that center holistic success outcomes. Nikita’s mission is to empower teams and organizations to thrive as they uplift others, anchoring her work in evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and community care. As an organizational development consultant working in the Community College System for 9 years, she has conducted numerous assessments within and across Campus systems to ensure that the voices of all stakeholders are heard and valued toward positive organizational change. Through this work, she is committed to building resilient organizations equipped to navigate uncertainty with courage, clarity & daily joy.

He has extensive experience working with various organizations conducting program evaluations and climate surveys to uncover the root of stressors and highlight positive functions. His work with employees aims to make their voices heard and develop actionable interventions to both developing employees and reconfiguring systems to improve job satisfaction.
