Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) has a long history of helping local businesses prosper. RSCCD’s Economic and Workforce Development Centers foster the well-being of regional businesses by providing customized employee training, confidential consulting about business development and operations, workshops, a business incubator, and other opportunities for growth.
The RSCCD Centers can be a one-stop resource for entrepreneurs launching a business, as well as for companies seeking to enter new markets, sell to corporations and the government, expand internationally, and to ensure that their employees are properly trained. The services, offered at no-cost or low-cost, are financed in large part by grants. The synergy of these Centers working together helps build a stronger local and regional economy.
The California Education Code defines our mission:
“Advance California’s economic growth and global competitiveness through quality education and services focusing on continuous workforce improvement, technology deployment, and business development.”
