The focus groups will be facilitated by Liite Consulting Group, and no representatives from the District or HR team will be present at the focus group locations.
No Audio Recordings or Personal Notes in Focus Groups
- Focus groups are not recorded and no names are taken
- Two trained facilitators from LCG will use anonymized typed notes to capture insights
- Participants are assigned to diverse, confidential groups with a maximum of 15 individual to create a psychologically safe environment

You are always in control. You can:
- Skip any survey question that doesn’t feel comfortable to answer
- Choose whether or not to participate in a focus group
- End the survey or focus group participation at any time
There are no penalties, judgments, or expectations; just an invitation to share at your own pace and level of comfort.
