  • Function as the central point of contact for all technical issues, requests, questions and concerns for faculty and staff for all campus locations.
  • Distributing and assigning all incoming issues, requests, questions and concerns to the appropriate ITS team members for resolution.
  • Providing first level technical support to all faculty and staff.
